Desmond Blackmore professionally known as D-Black is an award winning rapper and music mogul. He is also the CEO of Black Avenue Musik which is a record label based in Ghana which has artistes such as Wisa Greid, Dahlin Gage, Nina Richie and many others signed to it.
Off his instragram account, he made an annoucement this afternoon. The Vera hitmaker stated that he had been appointed as the A Toursim Ambassador by the Ministry of Tourism. Check out the post here.
